After releasing wireless earphones in 2019, Realme prepared a smart band in 2020 to compete Mi Band. This is known from the statement of Madhav Sheth, Indian Realme CEO. So, without any further ado, check it out below.

Realme has a plan not only to become a smartphone company but to become the biggest technology and lifestyle brand in India. For this reason, Realme will release more products and one of them is a smart band or fitness band.

Madhav Sheth revealed that Realme prepared a smart band or fitness tracker which will be launched next February. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the release date.

For the specifications, Realme smart band will carry a 0.78-inch AMOLED screen equipped with smart band features in general such as GPS, HBR sensors, sleep tracker, and also has water resistance.

So far, the first teaser of the new Realme smart band had appeared when Madhav Seth announced the Realme X50 in China. Sheth did not discuss further the specifications and features in the smart band. Even so, the presence of the Realme Smartband is said to be a strong competitor for Xiaomi Mi Band.

Previously, Realme had officially introduced the latest audio accessories called Realme Buds Air. The Realme Buds Air was introduced together with the launch of Realme X2 in India.

Realme Buds Air comes with a plastic casing that already supports wireless charging. Similar to AirPods, these earphones can be directly connected to a smartphone once the case is opened.

In addition, Real Buds Air also supports the Google Fast Pair protocol which allows faster connections. To support its performance, these earphones are equipped with R1 chips and Bluetooth 5.0. Realme also includes a Gaming Mode which is claimed to reduce sound lag by up to 120ms.

Real Buds Air is released in three color options, namely white, yellow and black. This earphone is priced at 3,999 rupees, but it is not yet known when it will visit the global market.
