The latest flagship device from Redmi is confirmed to bring 5G connectivity and some other fierce features and design. This was revealed after company officials shared a post about Redmi K30 through Weibo. Wow, what is the complete news? Without any further ado, let’s talk about it now.
Lu Weibing, Vice President of Xiaomi Group explained that some of the smartphones they had just launched received positive responses from fans. At the end of his statement, he revealed that Redmi K30 will come in 2020 with 5G connectivity.
Weibing explained that “China Mobile 2019 Global Partner Conference” held by China Mobile announced the achievement and evaluation of several smartphones including Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8. At the end of the post, Weibing wrote “In 2020, Redmi is a pioneer of 5G. See you on Redmi K30.”
Before the post was uploaded, the latest leak from Redmi K30 was revealed to the public. Design rendering revealed that the screen will have punch-holes arranged vertically. Two selfie cameras placed on the screen make the K30 look similar to the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus.
Redmi K30 is expected to come with 5G dual standby support with Qualcomm 7250 chipset. Besides, Redmi K30 is predicted to release before May 2020. As a reference, the predecessor devices, Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro get an extraordinary feedback from users because each smartphone carries a Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 855 chipset.
The price is also quite tempting considering the Redmi K20 Pro, which has brought a top-class chipset, Snapdragon 855, is priced starting at 5 Million Rupiahs. Considering that Redmi flagship is famous for its affordable price, it is hoped that Redmi K30 will also bring affordable prices and be a “pioneer” of 5G smartphones.
Wow, that makes me want to buy Redmi K30 in the next year, mates! How about you?
